ZahirERP Program Use License Agreement ​

This Program Use License Agreement (PLPP) is a legally valid agreement between you (as an individual or legal entity) and PT Zahir Internasional as the copyright holder of Zahir ERP, which includes software (program) and supporting media such as boxes, manuals both print and online, hereinafter abbreviated as “SOFTWARE”. By installing (installing on a computer), duplicating, or whatever is intended to use the SOFTWARE, you are willing to agree and bind yourself to the clauses contained in this PLPP. If you do not agree or agree to the clauses contained in this PLPP, cancel the SOFTWARE order before your payment is made.

 

SOFTWARE LICENSE

This SOFTWARE is protected by law. Ownership of this SOFTWARE remains with its creator and you only have the right to use it.
 
 

1. USE PERMISSION

This PLPP gives you rights in the form of:
  • Software License

You are allowed to install the SOFTWARE (install software on a computer) on one computer only, so if you want to use this SOFTWARE on several computers, then you must purchase a number of computers that will use it.

  • Media Storage

You are permitted to save the original copy of the SOFTWARE compact disc on other storage media only to create a backup to anticipate possible damage to the original compact disc or CD.

 

2. DESCRIPTION OF COPYRIGHTS AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS

  • Prohibition on Disassembly, Modification, and Engineering

You are not permitted to disassemble, modify or manipulate this SOFTWARE for any purpose or purpose. If there is an error in the SOFTWARE, please contact us to obtain a repair build (if available) and never make changes or repairs yourself.

  • Program Technical Limitations

PT Zahir Internasional as a SOFTWARE developer does not act exclusively towards SOFTWARE users so that if there are several things missing about the SOFTWARE in question, the user has no right to sue or force PT Zahir Internasional to create and/or correct the desired features, but the user has the right to submit suggestions and ideas for PT Zahir Internasional as the maker and developer of the SOFTWARE unless there is an agreement.

  • Component separation

The right to use the SOFTWARE in one complete unit. You are not permitted to use some of the components provided for computer or other purposes.

  • Rental/ Renting.

You are not allowed to rent/rent and commercialize this SOFTWARE.

  • Return

Under any circumstances you are not entitled to return (make a return/refund) the SOFTWARE that you have purchased and paid for.

  • Unilateral Termination

Zahir Accounting Developer, in this case PT Zahir Internasional, has the right to cancel this PLPP unilaterally and legally if you are proven to have violated the clauses contained in this PLPP.

 


3.COPYRIGHT

All equipment contained in this SOFTWARE, including texts, images and others, is copyright of PT Zahir Internasional which is an integral part of this SOFTWARE.

4. guarantee

You are guaranteed to get a good product. If an error or damage occurs due to a manufacturing error, you will obtain a repair build of the SOFTWARE free of charge if available.

 

 

5. etc

PT Zahir Internasional has the right to change this PLPP without prior notification. Other clauses which are included separately in the SOFTWARE can complement this PLPP
