Depok, 28 August 2024 – Vocational University of Indonesia (UI) officially collaborates with PT Zahir Internasional through the Zahir ERP Academic Partner program. This program is designed to strengthen students’ digital competencies in the field of accounting. This collaboration is open to educational institutions such as universities, high schools, foundations and course institutions.

Institutions that participate in this program can organize training, workshops, seminars and technology-based accounting competitions. This initiative aims to produce graduates who are ready to compete in the world of work with digital skills according to industry needs.
Statement from UI Vocational
Thesa Adi Purwanto, S.Sos., M.TI., Chair of the UI Vocational Tax Administration Study Program, explained that this collaboration was a strategic step. “The collaboration between Zahir ERP and the UI Tax Administration Study Program is in the finalization stage. Discussions started a year ago, especially regarding the readiness of hardware, servers and curriculum integration,” he said.
Integration of Curriculum and Technology Modules
Thesa added that rapid digital transformation makes ERP modules important in learning. Modules such as purchasing, inventory, and sales should be part of the curriculum because of their relevance to taxation and accounting. Additional modules can be added according to industry needs.
Collaboration between the Worlds of Education and Industry
Through this program, Zahir ERP will provide training modules and facilitate professional certification. Thesa also hopes that Zahir ERP will increase collaboration with more academic institutions. “Competition is very tight. Module integration and professional certification are really needed by vocational students,” he added.
